We’re Dani and Matt—the duo behind The Cocktail Cart. What started as a shared love of good drinks and great parties has grown into a business that brings high-end bar service to weddings and events across Victoria.
Dani is the marketing, coordination, and creative brains behind the business—she’s the one making sure your emails are answered, the van is stocked, and every event runs smoothly. She’s also a big believer in a well-made cocktail (preferably a whisky sour, paloma, or margarita).
Matt is the numbers guy—our accountant and behind-the-scenes operator who keeps the wheels turning (and keeps Dani in check when the ideas get too wild). His go-to drink? A classic Jack and Coke, but he’ll never say no to a gin and tonic or raspberry margarita.
